Power Cotton is a 100% cotton fiber product used to make hair for Powertex figurines or for texture and volume in Powertex paintings / sculptures / other mixed media items.
Use:
To use, cut the cables to the desired length and carefully rub the Powertex on the fibers.
Eliminate any excessive Powertex and apply your artwork.
